OUR POLICIES
CLASSES AND ROAD TEST

Students must be on time for their session. If the student is late, they will receive the remaining time.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the lesson or road test. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will be charged a $25 fee in order to reschedule.
For example: if you have a class & the road test the same day and you cancel in less than 24 hours, you will be charged a $50 fee. However, if you have two lessons the same day, you will only be charged a $25 fee).
*The $25 fee is only to reschedule the class you missed. If you do not want to reschedule the class, you don't have to pay the fee. The road test appointment can only be rescheduled once, otherwise you will be charged for the road test appointment again.
FIVE HOUR PRE-LICENSING COURSE CLASS

Students are required to have the permanent permit to have access to the class. camera and microphone must be on at all times or as instructed by the instructor.

Students must be present for the full duration of the class. They are required to participate.

Student must be present on the day agreed. if the student has an emergency that impedes them from attending, they will be given a second chance to reschedule at no charge. If the student does not attend to the second meeting, they will be required to pay the full price of the class again.

The price of the class only covers the price of one certificate. If the student needs a duplicate, they will be required to pay a $25 dollar fee.
(The 5-hour pre-licensing course certificate is only valid for one year from the day issued).
PICK UP
We only do pick up if it's requested at the office and if:

You live NO more than 10 minutes away from the school

You do 2 lessons the same day
*The time that the instructor takes to pick you up and drop you off WILL be discounted from your lessons.
*We are not responsible for any lateness caused by traffic or weather conditions
The school gives different instructors and cars. However, if the student prefers a specific instructor or car, it can be requested at the office. (This is not guaranteed all the time)
If the student cancels the class or road test because the instructor/car they prefer is not available, they will be CHARGED the cancellation fee in order to reschedule.

Students are required to bring their permit for all their driving lessons

Students must bring their learner's permit, the five-hour class certificate and their glasses or eye contacts case (only if it's stated on your learner's permit) for the road test.
*The school does not take any responsibility if the student forgets the documents stated above
*The school is not bound to give the same instructor or car.
*No refunds for any cancellation in less than 24 hours.
